Manager and Executive Chef Bill Lawwill has over twenty-nine years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He has been with the Cuero Country Club since 2013. His skills were honed at several restaurants and hotels, including the Hotel Sofitel and Suzanne's European Bakery and Restaurant where he readily handled high volume catering jobs in the greater Houston area.

He settled at Champions Golf Club in 1998, one of Houston's finest Country Clubs, and served as the Executive Chef and Assistant Manager of the social membership where he was responsible for managing the kitchen, as well as maintaining food and labor accounting for the Club. He brings with him a variety of culinary and management skills that have already enhanced the wonderful dining experience at the Cuero Country Club.
